Artificial intelligence is transforming educational management, creating new opportunities and risks for vocational higher education.   This book examines the responsible integration of AI into Thailand’s Bachelor of Technology and practice-oriented vocational degree programmes. Drawing on Thai legislation, the 2024 National Vocational Qualifications Framework, national AI policy, international governance frameworks, and recent research, it introduces the RAI-B.Tech Thailand Framework for responsible AI governance. The framework addresses accountability, data and vendor governance, curriculum and assessment integrity, human capability, monitoring, and quality assurance. It also proposes a four-tier risk model, implementation roadmap, and performance dashboard. The central principle is that AI should support, not replace, professional judgement. Decisions affecting occupational competence, learner rights, progression, graduation, and safety must remain under meaningful human responsibility. This book is intended for vocational education leaders, policymakers, teachers, quality assurance professionals, researchers, and institutions seeking to use AI while preserving educational quality, equity, integrity, and public trust.
