Description
This study examines how educational attainment influences job satisfaction among police non-commissioned officers (NCOs) in Benguet, Philippines. Results indicate that officers whose academic background aligns with their assigned responsibilities experience stronger motivation, greater professional fulfillment, and a deeper sense of commitment to public service. In contrast, mismatches between education and job roles often contribute to lower morale and retention challenges. By situating the analysis within Benguet’s policing context, the research highlights the role of education in strengthening workforce development, enhancing organizational support, and improving the overall quality of law enforcement services in the province.
