The United Nations Security Council was built for the world of 1945, where five States hold a permanent veto over decisions that affect all of humanity. Duniya Ek Sansad — UN 2.0 — proposes a different architecture: a World Parliament in which every State keeps one seat, but the weight of its vote reflects the people it represents. No State would hold a veto. Legal responsibility for aggression or proxy warfare would rest with an independent judiciary guided by evidence, not accusation. Financial contribution would follow economic capacity, never political power.
