Houssem

Houssem Hammami is a Montreal-based researcher in moral psychology, neuroethics, and decision theory. He created the P.E.S.A. framework (Performance, Ethics, Sacrifice, Action)—a seven-stage ethical scale rooted in biology and observable across all cultures. His P.E.S.A. preventive neuroeducation program for children (ages 6–12) has been formally acknowledged by the Québec Ministry of Education.
