Jingdong Huang is a researcher at the School of Finance and Economics, Tibet University, Lhasa, China. His research focuses on care finance, population ageing, household financial security, digital finance, long-term care insurance, and public policy. His work examines how public institutions, families, markets, and financial infrastructure share the risks and costs of care.
