Tushar Sarkar is an AI Transformation Manager, turning AI from experimentation into production. Tushar created XBNet, an open-source architecture combining neural networks with gradient-boosted trees, and worked in quantitative finance with a Singapore hedge fund and Goldman Sachs' Quantitative Investment Strategies team, then built the MFT and LFT trading desks at Neo Wealth and Asset Management.
