Muh. Arifai is an academic and researcher at Universitas Wira Bhakti, Makassar, Indonesia. His research interests include public policy evaluation, village governance, leadership, organizational culture, human resource management, and employee performance. His scholarly work focuses on evidence-based policymaking and public-sector performance in Indonesia. He has also developed emerging theoretical perspectives, including NP Evaluation Theory and Intergenerational Asset Protection (IAP) Theory.
