Harshit

Harshit Kumar is a Business Law graduate from the eminent Dr Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, India. With a keen interest in corporate, labour, and real estate law, he has interned with various premier law firms in the country, including Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Jyoti Sagar and Associates. Though he writes regularly on various emerging legal issues in the form of analytical articles, this is his debut book based on the practical issues he encountered during these internships.
