MOSES ATEM

Dr Moses Atem BESONG, born on 13 September 1974 in Mamfe, Cameroon, is a legal scholar and human-rights advocate. He holds an LL.B., a Postgraduate Diploma in Law, a Master's in Criminal Justice, Police Science and Governance, and a PhD in Public International Law from the University of Rovira i Virgili, Spain, with a “Summa Cum Laude” Outstanding Award. His work spans international law, human rights, criminal justice and governance.
