Zoe Earle is Lead Assistant Psychologist at The Cardinal Clinic, driven to make the systems she works within serve the patients who need them most. She is joined by Anita Sattar-Jenkins, Clinical Director, and Brishna Shah, Medical Director, whose combined years of psychiatric and clinical experience shaped the model's foundations. Together they created the Polaris Model, built around the patient, promoting accountability across the team and a truly holistic view of care.
