Dr. Mark L. Chadwick Jr. holds a Doctorate in Criminal Justice from Pennsylvania Western University. A U.S. Marine Corps combat veteran, he has worked in federal and state corrections, aviation security leadership, and international force protection. He is the developer of Micro-Normalization Theory, a framework explaining how routine prison administration builds or erodes legitimacy, and he teaches law enforcement in Colorado.
