Morality is an influential concept that everyone should consider. This research examines the variables related to the concept, taking into account the universal aspect of moral paradigms. The study focuses on publications with Turkish addresses in the WoS database between 1999 and 2023 concerning the concept of morality. The research sample consists of 340 articles, and bibliometric analysis is applied. The study emphasizes the areas of study of moral paradigms that are important for organizations and found in the literature. The analysis includes concepts related to morality, performance components, and thematic maps. The results are evaluated within the framework of organizations and employees in terms of moral paradigms. The application reveals that moral paradigms have relationships with many concepts, and significant implications are reached regarding the subject for organizations and other fields.
