Description
Professor Mondy S. Gold is a global educator, faith leader, and public intellectual whose life and work reflect a rare convergence of scholarship, service, and spiritual conviction. He currently serves as Deputy Pro Chancellor and Professional Chair at Edsea Business School and HIBC College of Divinity, while also holding a professorial appointment in Management at Colorado State University in the United States. In the last 22 years, his academic journey has been distinctly international, having taught as Professor of International Business at Keimyung University in South Korea and at Normal University in China. These cross-cultural experiences have deeply shaped his worldview and his commitment to preparing leaders who can think ethically and act courageously in a complex global society. Beyond the classroom, Professor Gold is a founding member of Abundant Grace Christian Church, a Foursquare Gospel Church, where he served as the pioneer Secretary. His faith expression is not confined to doctrine but lived through institution building, mentorship, and principled leadership. This same spirit animates his work in civic and policy spaces. He is a co-founder of the African Policy and Research Consortium, co-founder of the Nigerian Diaspora Coalition for Change, and Coordinator of African Diaspora for Good Governance, initiatives devoted to advancing accountable leadership, democratic values, and sustainable development across Africa and its global diaspora.
