Simultaneously, AI-generated text has reached a level of fluency and contextual accuracy that makes deceptive communication nearly indistinguishable from genuine human interaction. This work explores how AI systems are not only influencing decisions but also eroding the very concept of ground truth. When users are repeatedly exposed to convincing but conflicting information, confidence in digital content begins to decline. Over time, this leads to a state where individuals question not only suspicious content but also legitimate information. The study examines the security implications of this collapse, highlighting how attackers can exploit uncertainty, amplify confusion, and manipulate behavior in environments where verification becomes increasingly difficult. It further analyzes how trust degradation impacts institutions, decision-making processes, and human-AI interaction. In a world where machines can generate reality as convincingly as they can distort it, The greatest risk is not deception itself. It is the moment when nothing is believed anymore.
