Esa H. Jumlail Jr. is a Filipino social work educator, practitioner, and researcher whose work centers on strengthening evidence-based and community-responsive social welfare practice. He currently serves as a faculty member at the College of Social Work and Community Development of Western Mindanao State University, where he teaches research, social policy, and community development courses while mentoring undergraduate and graduate students.
