Klaus

Klaus Oestreicher is Professor Emeritus and a former senior university executive with academic experience across Europe, Africa, and Asia. His work focuses on systems theory, strategy, complexity, and organisational transformation. In retirement, he continues to teach, examine doctoral research, and contribute to academic development internationally, including with the Harare Institute of Technology. His recent publications explore systemic thinking, innovation, and strategic viability.
