Lucia Zbihlejová is an associate professor at the Faculty of Management and Business of the University of Prešov (Slovakia) where she devotes herself to the studies and research on managerial skills and competencies in connection with the linguistic and cultural aspects of managerial work. Her science and research activities and publication outputs are focused primarily on the stress coping strategies, social and emotional intelligence, workplace bullying, and leadership styles.
