Nandita Jhurani is an HR professional with an MBA in Human Resource Management from Pandit Deendayal Energy University and a BBA in Entrepreneurship. She has a keen interest in understanding human behavior, decision-making, and the factors that influence how people adapt to change and technology. Passionate about research and data analysis, she enjoys exploring insights through empirical studies. Her curiosity about human attitudes and adoption behavior inspired this research.
