I am a microbiologist, researcher, scientific author, and lifelong language learner. My background in microbiology and biomedical research has taught me how important clear and precise communication is, especially when complex scientific ideas need to reach a wider audience. Over time, my passion for science naturally grew into a passion for languages and academic English. I wrote this book to bring these two worlds together and to help learners develop English.
