Hugo

Hugo Luz dos Santos holds a PhD in Law (2019-2021). He is a University Professor at both City University of Macau and University of Macau where he teaches Law and Technology (EU AI Act), Civil Procedure Law, Arbitration and Mediation to master’s degree Students. He is also a Fellow of the Forum for International Conciliation and Arbitration (Oxford, United Kingdom. Hugo Luz dos Santos has been awarded the Fellowship of the Royal Society of Arts of the United Kingdom (London, United Kingdom).
