Carlos

Carlos Moreno, Juris Doctor, practiced law for 25+ years in New York City in the areas of criminal defense and international human rights, representing exiles and pursuing accountability for dictatorial governments . He has taught Constitutional Law at the City University of New York, published in The New York Times, and recently completed the unpublished novel, Interlopers in Transit and his work in progress include Operation Condor and the Cold War : Gensis of State Terrorism in Latin America.
