Dr. Kassimu Ali Nihuka is a senior lecturer in Educational Science & Technology and Curriculum Studies at Dar es Salaam Tumaini University (DarTU) in Dar es Salaam. He obtained his PhD (Educational Science & Technology) in the year 2011 at the University of Twente in the Netherlands where he specialized in curriculum development and educational technology integration in education - an area He has so far researched on and published widely.
