Dr. Emmanuel Chukwuma Obiano holds a PhD in Environmental Health Science and a PhD in Public Administration with research stress on Health Policy Analysis. Dr. Obiano is a Fellow of the West African Postgraduate College of Environmental Health; a Fellow of the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria; and currently a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Environmental Health Science at Taraba State University, Jalingo, Nigeria.
