Professor Luís Pires has Master’s degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Technical University of Lisbon, Specialist in Electronics and Telecommunications from the Polytechnic University of Lisbon and Degree in Telecommunications and Electronics Systems Engineering Polytechnic University of Lisbon. He is a full-time Professor at the Polytechnic University of Lusofonia (IPLuso) and Invited Professor at Polytechnic University of Lisbon (ISEL).
