Peter Sarpong, an ardent advocate for sustainable food systems, has left an indelible mark on the vegetable oil industry. Born and raised in Ghana, Peter's journey began with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Processing and Technology. His passion for understanding the intricacies of food production led him to pursue an MPhil in Food Science and Technology.
