I am a physician and researcher whose daily work depends on listening closely to how people speak when they are trying to describe what matters most to them. Years of clinical conversations and research revealed a striking pattern: patients often reach for the same word-forms, but the identity behind those forms shifts in systematic, structured ways that no sign-based theory could fully explain. That observation led me to develop System G, a lexical ontology grounded in geometric structure.
