Dr. Gao Xiangyang is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of an overseas Chinese-funded financial institution. He holds a DBA from The University of Hong Kong and an MBA from Peking University. Professor Qiu Fengcai is an Adjunct Professor,and Chief Expert in Digital Economy at the Xiamen Guoxin Credit Big Data Innovation Institute and the Xiamen Smart Digital Economy Research Institute. He holds a doctoral degree from NTU(UK) and completed postdoctoral at the University of Cambridge.
