Description

Novel anthraquinone-based receptor for the detection of acetate and hypochlorite ion with relay recognition with the applications of real sample analysis and bio-imaging (2025) A novel anthraquinone-based fluorescent receptor was successfully developed for the selective detection of acetate and hypochlorite ions through an efficient relay recognition strategy. The receptor exhibited remarkable sensitivity, rapid response, and distinct optical changes under fluorescence studies. Furthermore, the sensing platform demonstrated excellent applicability in real sample analysis and bio-imaging experiments, highlighting its potential utility in environmental monitoring and biological applications. This work offers a promising approach toward the design of multifunctional smart chemosensors with enhanced selectivity and practical applicability.   Novel & Smart sensing of Acetate and Hypochlorite ions with Relay Recognition of Cr⊃3;⁺ ion with Fluorescence Turn-on: Application in Bio-Imaging & Real sample Analysis (2023) A smart fluorescent chemosensor capable of sequential recognition of acetate, hypochlorite, and Cr⊃3;⁺ ions was designed and synthesized with excellent selectivity and fluorescence turn-on behavior. The receptor displayed efficient relay sensing performance accompanied by rapid optical responses and high sensitivity toward targeted analytes. The developed sensing system was further validated through successful bio-imaging and real sample analysis, demonstrating its practical significance in environmental and biological sensing applications. This study provides an innovative platform for multifunctional ion sensing and advanced fluorescence-based analytical systems.
