Professor Lawal Mohammad Anka is a citizen of Nigeria a decorated scholar and an accomplished public servant. He completed his PhD in Rural Devt Studies From University of Sindh Jamshoro Pakistan,Postdoc From Boston University Postdoc Academy USA. The author also completed his Executive Education Programmes with Harvard, MIT, Oxford, Columbia & Stanford Universities.He is currently working as a Visiting Professor with Annahda Intl Univ Niger Rep & Federal College of Edu Tech Gusau Nigeria.
