Ketki

Mrs. Ketki Vaidya-Jaltare is an advocate practising before the Bombay High Court, Nagpur Bench along with various other courts with experience of 15 years in civil, family, revenue, GST, property and constitutional matters. She has a keen interest in legal research and therefore, she is pursuing a Ph.D. in law, under guidance of Dr. Pravina Khobragade. Through her writing, she seeks to contribute to informed legal discourse. She is committed to promoting awareness of legal rights and remedies.
