The EU is a living reality. This Union is now a done deal, and cannot be undone. Existing members of the European Union work so hard to make life better for everyone. A Europe which, for the common good of all its people, is prosperous and guarantees social cohesion — where institutions work together efficiently. The European Union, celebrating its sixtieth anniversary this year, is often so thoroughly taken for granted that the average citizen perceives not its many contributions and continuing benefits but perhaps only its 'failings' — quite apart their vast achievements as a collective of nations that has faced so many challenges (and continues to do so). My doctoral dissertation involves three principle fundamental themes: The management system and functioning of its institutions, the potential for management in the Republic of Albania. Public administration is a combination of the governance of public institutions and the administrative structures through which those decisions are implemented to ensure the various public services to which members of the public are entitled.
