Gabriel Nghituwamata

Gabriel Nghituwamata Haulyamayi is an entrepreneur, researcher and commentator on socio-economic issues and industrial policy. He holds a Diploma in Local Government Studies and a Bachelor of Public Management (Honours) with a concentration in Political Studies, both from the University of Namibia. His work focuses on extractive industry governance, local content policy and the challenge of translating natural resource wealth into broad-based national development.
