Wataru

I was born in a Nagasaki suburb in 1935 and was 10 years old when an atomic exploded over Nagasaki. We, three siblings, became atomic bomb orphans after our parents cumbered to radiation sickness. From age 11, I supported my siblings and enrolled medical school 5 years after graduating from high school. I was initially trained for general practice but had to convert to otorhinolaryngology, which I practiced until recently.
