Luca

Luca Magni, born in Monza, Italy, holds degrees in philosophy (Milan) and organizational psychology (Manchester) and a Ph.D. from Lancaster University. After three decades in senior HR leadership across global life sciences and industrial firms, he is now Professor of Practice at Luiss Business School, directing healthcare and pharma programs. He co-authored, with Giorgio Marchetti and Ahlam Alharbi, the trilogy introducing Learnable Theory, published in three volumes, 2023 to 2025.
