Supriya Krishnan
Supriya Krishnan is Assistant Professor of Personnel Management and Industrial Relations at Patna University. She holds a PhD in the field and has taught and researched since 2008. Her training is in personnel management, industrial relations, and conflict. Out of that training, the book begins where a finished record starts to look like a decision: an appraisal, a labour-law reply, a path offered to a learner. It is not a report of those settings, nor a reprint of her papers.
