Jiang-Hua Li, born in 1972, majoring in exercise physiology, is a professor at the Physical Education College of Jiangxi Normal University in China. Holding a Ph.D. from South China Normal University, his research on Nicotinamide N-Methyltransferase (NNMT) in non-infectious chronic diseases has led to significant publications and patents.
