Dr. Vinod Kumar is presently working as Assistant Professor of Sociology in the Department of Higher Education, Government of Himachal Pradesh and posted at Vallabh Government College Mandi. He served in different departments before coming to the department of higher education. Dr. Kumar has been Post-Doc fellow of ICSSR. Ministry of Education, New Delhi. He presented his academic work in 65 National and International Conferences in India and abroad. He published 3 Books and more then 110 paper.
