Dr. Arlington Chesney is a leading agricultural professional who, for five decades, has served Guyana, the Caribbean and the Hemisphere. He has: developed professional and institutional relationships across Europe; led the development and operationalisation of significant sustainable national and regional initiatives including Caribbean Week of Agriculture, and the Jagdeo Initiative. He has received many awards, including the Guyana Golden Arrow of Acheivement.
