Dr. Ravi Kumar, an accomplished Ayurvedic physician and scholar from Ghaziabad, completed his BAMS from SSVV Varanasi, followed by an MD and Diploma in Yoga from BHU. Currently an Associate Professor at NIA, Jaipur, he earned his Ph.D. in 2023. A dedicated author and researcher, he integrates classical Ayurvedic principles with modern science, contributing significantly to yoga, natural medicine, and public health.
