Kamal Singh Kunwar is an author, researcher, and MPhil–PhD scholar in the Central Department of Political Science at Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, Nepal. Alongside his academic pursuits. His research interests include political philosophy, governance, institutional theory, national development, and human freedom. His work explores the relationships between power, institutions, historical transformation, and the conditions necessary for meaningful human emancipation.
