Dr. Djekoundayom Bemba is multidisciplinary specialist. Dynamic and results-oriented electrical Engineer with a PhD in Business Administration and a DBA in Business Strategic and leadership, he is currently a deputy manager of power in Ndjamena Refinery Company (NRC) LTD and serves as a country representative of Prime Light Open University in Chad. He is the author of several articles in accredited journals.
