CRN Charles Raphael (PhD) is a senior lecturer, researcher, and consultant with over 17 years of experience in TVET and development practice. A registered NACTVET teacher, he has led and contributed to research and consultancy projects with national and international organizations. With 30+ journal publications and extensive conference experience, his interests include digitalisation in education, inclusion in TVET, green economy, and employability skills.
