Iméne Lafri
Dr Iméne Lafri is a researcher at the Agropastoralism Research Center (CRAPast) in Djelfa, Algeria, where she works on food quality and safety issues relevant to local production systems. Trained in dairy and food sciences, she previously studied the physicochemical, microbiological, and sensory quality of industrial Camembert during salting and ripening, and now extends this expertise to broader agropastoral value chains. At CRAPast, she contributes to research projects, scientific events.
