Dr. Crystal Neumann has a doctorate in business administration, MBA, and MAEd in adult education. She previously worked in marketing and market research before she transitioned to higher education to work with and motivate adult learners. Her commitment and efforts toward making education affordable and accessible were recognized, as she was selected as an honoree of Reverend Jesse L. Jackson’s Rainbow PUSH Excel 2017 and recipient of the Global Impression Award in 2023.
