About the Author Anshita Jain is a BBA LL.B. (Hons.) student at Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies, affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. Her academic interests focus on international trade law, climate regulation and environmental policy.
Her research explores the intersection of WTO law, climate governance and India’s position in the global trading system, with particular interest in emerging carbon-border measures.
