Dr K. P. Tiwary has received his PhD degree from Jamia Millia Islamia (Central university) New Delhi, India. His area of interest is semiconductor nanostructure materials. He has been teaching Engineering Physics to UG and PG students in reputed institutes. Currently he is working as an Assistant Professor in the department of Physics BIT Mesra, Patna Campus. He has published more than 40 research papers in the journals of national and international repute.
