Ruth Wambui

Ruth Mwangi is a PhD student in Plant Pathology at Egerton University, Kenya. She holds both a BSc in Botany and an MSc in Plant Pathology also from Egerton University. Ruth is actively involved in researching medicinal compounds obtained from medicinal tree species and their associated endophytic microorganisms. Ruth was born and raised in Nyandarua County, Kenya near Aberdare Ranges, where it could rain all through the year.
