Joseph Willrich Lutalo is a Professor of Data Analysis, Software and Language Engineering (in the making?), conducting especially mathematical research in computing platforms oriented towards better software languages for data analysis and engineering at a fundamental level: refining and advancing theory, practicum and baseline multidisciplinary applications. Currently affiliated with Nuchwezi Research and Makerere University.
