Cherry Mae L. Ladja, MAS serves as a faculty member in the Community Development Department at Western Mindanao State University, where she teaches participatory development, communication development, and project management. She holds a Master of ASEAN Studies from UPOU and specializes in women empowerment, human relations, participatory project management, and ASEAN regional development. Her work promotes inclusive, people-centered, and sustainable approaches to community development.
