Dr. Munib A. Kahal, DPA is a distinguished community development scholar, educator, and peace advocate in the Philippines. He serves as Chair of the Community Development Department at Western Mindanao State University (WMSU), where he teaches and leads research on collaborative governance, participatory development, and community resilience.
